Didn't see that coming. I wonder whether they'll add ETH to their payment processor. If they did ETH would get serious adoption boost, but I reckon there aren't many people interested in using ETH as a currency in classic meaning.

i cant quite figure how DAO and eth will work out together....I mean eth has what 20% become DAO and DAO is a promise to make a bundle of programs that run on eth.

Meanwhile some script kiddy could do a flappy bird and make the killer app for eth, taking out DAO's worth.

not against DAO but I struggle to see how this all pans out

Hey guys, what do you think about this comparising? Lisk will go on exchanges on may 24th, so i'm thinking about investing some bits into this strong hyped startup. You guys can confirm what is promoted or is this hype just pushed by too many Investors?
.......

I think it's pretty outdated but I can't say so much for the contents. I've seen it being published a lot in the Lisk thread. If I where to buy into Lisk, I'd wait a while after launch and scope up cheaper tokens once every nervous holder starts dumping, as the price doesn't go to 1-2---10 USD per Lisk as they are speculating about.

Yes, it's outdated. I will update it before launch. Smiley

Big dump incoming. + 50% in 4 days, that´s not stable just another nice pump a dump.

not completely sure, because coinbase will add eth VERY soon. ( some hours ago, there was the eth/btc-usd fees on coinbase exchange too)

oh, and okcoin will follow ..  Cheesy

Also, people are jumping up and down throwing any available eth at the DAO. 11.13 million ether are tied up to this 155 MUSD contract at the moment. this too is driving the price up on ether and will likely continue as everybody is scared of being left out of the DAO ICO.

I've just cashed out half of my coins for a hansom little profit! I'm going to wait and see what happens with the rest...

You mean that you have cashed out from the DAO or simply exchanged eth for BTC? You quoted me so I was thinking you are talking about the DAO?

If this was an ordinary altcoin, I might agree with Wolf that a price correction is usually expected after a sudden rise. However, this is not an ordinary altcoin.

Ether has a $1,126,781,317 market capitalisation at this current time. No other altcoin talks in $Billions. There is a lot of money invested in Ether by Big Business ... and I mean Big ... and this is increasing by the day. Most of you know this already ... if not, do your research. There are lots of reasons why 'we ain't seen nothin yet!' ... as others have pointed out.

I believe that we are on the edge of a technological revolution with Ethereum at the forefront. I believe that we are witnessing the page being turned on a new moment in history.

That is right. Microsoft, IBM and many other big business invest a lot of money in the technology based on Ethereum.

is there any method to increase Hasrat, can setting in the software or very good program for hashing, looking at the statistics, you see that on the same hardware on the same pool with the same software from different miners, different heraty, why does it depend ? can an incorrectly configured software to influence Hasrat ? and when overclocked card you can get the maximum hash or not ?

Of course if you have some strange settings on the cards they will perform differently. Also the drivers used can have a great impact on the hashrate. Using Catalyst 16.3 could reduce the hashrate with 30% compared to 14 for example (stated on dwarfpool).

I'm not running any cards overclocked but I haven't seen any major increase in speeds by increasing the gpu clock speed.
and yet, as you can reduce the voltage on the graphics card?

I run my cards at stock clocks and speeds, so I have not tried to undervolt them. You could try and see if there are any larger reduction of the power usage without reducing the speed too much. But I have not tested so I cannot say.
