Unfortunately it is not allowed anymore to list the coins there, as far as I know. Also there is a big chance of a PayPal reversal, you will be left without the money and without the coins. People know how to use exchanges now, it all happened in 2014 I think, but actually it was a good way to attract new people.
Seems some people are selling LTC on ebay.com
They say only registered paypal so they get seller protection.
Not sure what the rules are?!?

old version only in bter exchanger, and since bter not allow to deposit, this save alot greedy people try to move coin there

Average Joe's at that time did not know how to use the exchanges, and I have been selling 1 million Tips for $7, when the price on the exchange was about 50 cents. I was quite surprised there were lots of people willing to pay such amount, and Fedora was not so popular even then. Some time later the price exploded and all these people who were paying the 7x price actually made a good profit.
Average Joe's at that time did not know how to use the exchanges, and I have been selling 1 million Tips for $7, when the price on the exchange was about 50 cents. Hello FedoraCoin community!
I have received many messages about TIPS and further development. I have had a talk with psychodad and we both are interested in getting into FedoraCoin again. I personally just got pissed that after the fork people moved to bter TIPS again (sad moment, like a punch into your face^^).
I will setup a new website and order a new domain. I also have CORRECT wallet version and i think we also have access to the fedoracoins most recent github. Maybe @psychodad could confirm this?
We will also setup a blockexplorer for getting more transperancy again to FedoraCoin. Stay tuned for new (or maybe old) website and blockexplorer. Let us get TIPS up again)
