I'm trying to run CGMiner on windows OS, but I'm experiencing a problem. When I run the RunMe.bat file, cmd opens with the following lines

Are you mining on a pool or solo?

True it would be more interesting, but when we break back into the BTC market I think it be much more advantageous to already be mining with the big boys. Unless... we can get cross collaboration with one of the lesser scrypt alts and rise ... together?

If you merge with liteDOGE yes your safe ... but your like DEV coin ... free money for miners who don't give a hoot about your coin ... also boring 
If you go with a lesser but still safe network then you will get much more 'attention' and miners now supporting FLAP can still get to mine it ... you cut them off if you move to the LTC line.
In both options you should reduce the reward ... can have a 300 year mine life but drop the inflation to 0.001%

If network security is our main concern, what would be the advantage of merge mining with one of those coins instead of LTC?

How do you feel about merge mining with LTC until block 600,000 then going PoS? I think for the future PoS will be much better for the future applications/games.
POS would be the death of this coin, just like it kills all the other coins stupid enough to go that route.
