Yeah, their service is not that great.
Remember that Coinbase ETH wallets don't accept ERC-20 tokens, so try and store all your ETH and FUCKs in MyEtherWallet.

Make sure to only send ETH from wallets that accept ERC-20 tokens
You will not be able to recover your FUCKs if you send directly from coinbase.
