Nova Exchange is starting "The Cryptoopia Listings". They aim to be the successor to Cryptomia. Nova may become popular if they can complete the listing early.

Friends of Crypto, in a couple of days we will begin The Cryptopia Listings on Nova Exchange.

As most of you know, Cryptopia Exchange is going out of business.

We who run Nova Exchange have been in the crypto business since 2012. Ever since then we've always said, that even if it is direct competition anything that is good for crypto is good for us.

Competition is good! (We come from the land of IKEA, and there is more than one furniture store over here.)

So, it is sad that a fellow competitor of ours is facing these problems. But, in order for the communities to survive, especially the ones being traded only at Cryptopia, we at Nova Exchange offered our help in order for the ecosystem(s) to grow, and offered free listing for all coins that were listed with Cryptopia.

We're about to start The Cryptopia Listings. Stay tuned for info on Nova News page and on twitter.

Have a great cryptoweek,

Team Nova

Oh sweet I would definately use nova over yobit.  Motty have you contacted them about if they are listing every cryptopia coin or if it's a select group of coins?

All coins listed on Cryptopia have a free listing opportunity. They are already working on the listing. However, I think that this work will take several months as more than 500 coins are listed in Cryptopia.  Smiley

I tested the deposit and withdrawal on Yobit for the first time in a while, but it ran successfully.  Smiley
We will list YoBit again as a Fujicoin exchange.

https://yobit.net/en/trade/FJC/BTC

Motty can you contact other exchanges, I will even see about some listings.  I really dont want to have to rely on yobit for the safety of exchange of Fuji  Undecided

YoBit's user support is the worst, but the usability of the exchange is not bad. Although it is not suitable for beginners, there is no problem for experienced users to use.

Ok I guess I might have to bite the bullet and sign up.  I am going to contact a couple exchanges first to see if they'd be interested in cryptopia's volume by listing all of cryptopia's coins.

altilly is aiming for the success of cryptopia. How about asking on SNS? altilly still seems to be less well known, but I feel the potential.

I will go check them out.  Anywhere but yobit is needed.  No way can that be the only exchange with their continual poor service.

Anyone want to buy 1 million or more FJC for 1 Satoshi FJC Price? As listed on eBay. (Doubt I'll ever get through the 11 million sells and no buys currently on yobit) Sad

curious to see

brad

edit:

FJC has shown $0 volume since May 7th 2019...it is now May 23rd, 2019....this does not bode well. This was on Yobit. Sad

Searing you have Fuji listed on Ebay?  Cheesy. Can you link the sale url?  I have plenty otherwise I might buy some from you.  Even if there were buys on yobit I dont think I would use it.  We NEED a new decent exchange, otherwise this might not get out of a rut.  Even when alts start moving I dont see how Fuji can get out of the hole with just yobit as a means of exchange.  Undecided

unsure where the listed on eBay line came from (brain fart?) no not on eBay (went back and killed that line on the post)

but yeah, just saying no real $$$ action on yobit for any FJC and what is it like 11 million FJC in the queue for sale?

not looking too good

anyway, sorry about the eBay line..must have been a cut and paste I messed up with on another post on here

brad

Oh no worries I just couldnt find it.  Yeah I'm afraid alts might see a boost here soon and only being on yobit is an issue.  Most people I know wont touch that exchange.

Hi everyone,
First I want to know how many of us are mining fuji
now we are fighting with hashpower and wasting electricity
I have idea to change something when fuji coin is on very bad position
I have huge power on titan miners but I switch off over 3/4 of them (maybe not switch off but switched to scrypt)
lets stop fight and make something better lets drop hashrate to 1/10 of current
still with the same proportion now I have over 600Mhs so I will drop to 60 or 70 (thats will be one titan with 3 cubes on 250Mhz clock)
lets start earn the same fuji with less hashpower and all the power left we can mine other coins
this is good for everyone I think . When fuji will go up on exchanges we can back to "fight"
but now it's wasting time and money to pay bills.
What you think about it? Fuji is protected against 51% attack so we can observe that someone
want to make this attack and switch on mining in any time with full power of hash
what u think motty

It would be nice if that happened but it's not doable.  All you need is one bad apple to not cooperate and its ruined.  Not only that but some people might not know about this sort of pact and load up more hash power as it dips to 1/10 it's current rate.  In theory great idea just not practical.

Clueless!
This will first step
second  step POS/POW
third  maybe MN collateral will be vote for community
next step maybe more anonymity with integration with tor
this is bright future for Fujicoin

Many POS coins are not able to follow the evolution of Bitcoin. Once Fujicoin makes major changes such as POS, it will be difficult to capture the evolution of Bitcoin in the future. Third-party applications will be upgraded as Bitcoin evolves. So there is a risk that coins that have stopped evolution will be left behind. So I have to be cautious about major specification changes.  Smiley

Only 9 Titans left on the network. Summer rates have been applied in the USA. I expect some of these will go away. (only counted MH addresses..which I assume are KNC Titans...did not count

the 3 or 4 KH addresses.

So likely something POS will have to be done soon IMHO..if wanted to or not I guess.

It's basically free competition, but if everyone can cooperate, I think it is a good idea to lower the hash power and save the electricity bill.  Wink
