I have another wallet and tested with Balance on local wallet and giroexplorer. They're different.
use wallet repair 2, the network is fine, its reporting your real balance, the problem is local.

it seems your transaction is fine, check the block explorer. there must be an error in your wallet. go to Menu: tools---Wallet Repair---Recover transactions 1
then it should appear.

Just in your giro.conf set masternodeaddres=127.0.0.1 , and externaladdress=yourexternaladdress, in masternode.conf set your external address , thats all, i dont know why are you so interested in setting 127.0.0.1 as your mn public ip, it make no Difference.

obviusly, those are misconfigured masternodes, but anyway they are providing services to the network, even if the masternodelist shows local ip. i recommend the owners of those Masternodes to fix their IP to Public.
its not a big deal someone with a misconfigured IP,it happens everytime in all Masternode coins.
