Our entire focus is to build our product and ensure that we are able to bring initial users for our platform.
Our CEO is completely focused, on business development, marketing and getting diamond industry folks initiated in the crypto industry.

I learnt that  Glitzcoin is trading already, can you update the thread and include those exchanges here.

An asset class is typically defined as a group of securities or assets that behave similarly in the marketplace, and often times governed by the same set of laws and regulations.
Traditionally, there are three asset classes, equities, bonds and cash equivalents.
Diversification Benefits of Diamonds:
In general, diamonds have a low or negative correlation with other asset classes. Singapore Diamond Investment Exchange, had compiled data from 28 different studies to arrive at that conclusion.
Transparency:
Traditionally, it has been very difficult to arrive at accurate pricing for diamonds due to varying factors and frequent change in price lists.
Glitzkoin has attempted to solve that problem, by creating a Diamond Price Estimator, that takes into account all qualitative factors of a diamond, and varying price lists, to arrive at an algorithm for estimating the value of your diamond.
Ease of liquidation:
Using DiaEx, our Diamond Exchange, you would easily be able to liquidate your holdings by gaining access to a worldwide network of buyers and sellers.

If i understand everything right, you will help to sell and buy diamonds without intermediaries'. But how will buyer get their diamonds after buying? And how will this be regulated, with smart contract?

As far as i understand, from my research on your project, that it will succeed if you are able to convince people in investing in diamonds as an asset class, which is currently not the case.
What are your views on it, and are you guys doing anything about it.

I agree, instead of getting a help from professionals why not enhancing their skills and first things first they made this project because they know they can make it so to hire other people will be goo only in expanding when it was already a live platform nd not on the early stage.

There is no point in paying professionals for raising reputation and fame, if you lower this reputation by breach of obligations actions. Such will only lead to a waste of money.

Hello  developing and marketing should imho have the same value in a plan because one can't survive without the other. It isa synergy of both efforts at just the right time. And if you want the best results you have to get the help of industry professionals.

i'm not saying the project is dishonest, i'm saying they'll have a lot more to deal with than normal crypto startups who are just building software applications and networks

We see that a lot of you have raised issues about our ability to create an exchange in the diamond industry which happens to be extremely conservative.
The difference that we bring to the table is that, our project is headed by a diamond veteran of 20 years. He has been running a publicly listed diamond company for the past two decades, and has spent his entire life in understanding the finer nuances of the diamond trade. He has an established global network of different stakeholders in the diamond supply chain.
Unlike other tech startups, this is a disruption, not from the outside, but from the inside. An industry insider, has decided to take it upon himself to bring about changes in an industry in which, he himself is a second generation stakeholder.
Glitzkoin is essentially trying to build a marketplace, called DiaEx, for trading diamonds. As most of you would know, any startup looking to develop a marketplace, is always faced with the chicken and egg problem. Buyers will only come when there are sellers, and vice versa.
After long hours of explanation and endless sessions to present the concept of a comprehensive diamond blockchain configuration, GLITZKOIN CEO Navneet Goenka, has convinced leading diamond dealers to list their inventory on the blockchain. The list of certified diamonds ready to be listed on the DiaEx Diamond Exchange, now totals a little over $500 million. A significant increase in this list is expected by late October 2018, the same time when the exchange will be ready to run through a thorough testing phase.
The project is poised to bring positive change to an industry that despite its multibillion dollar turnover, has begun to show clear signs of stagnation. Lot of hard work remains to be done but, this would all be possible with your participation.

A diamond trader, I know little about bounty, airdrop etc etc. I have a simple question for the GLITZKOIN team - is the development of the Diamond Exchange on schedule. I think that it was to be tested around Oct 2018. Since you have a CEO who is from the industry, he would know that December is the big time for all diamond traders. Will we have a fully functional trading platform by then. Also will GLITZKOIN consider listing rough diamonds, this was something that we talked about in your Russian meet.

We are currently in conversation with some prominent exchanges for listing our GTN tokens. It is taking longer than we expected.

In the meantime, you can still trade the GTN tokens on Stellar's Inbuilt network.

You would need to login using your XLM wallet, and you can only trade GTN tokens with XLM tokens.

Nice plan you have. Question of mine. What are the plans on exchanges immediately after the ICO is finished? Are there any serious plans on this and what is the roadmap on this, if any?

Even completely honest projects face many challenges, as this market gradually comes to be regulated by regulatory bodies. But if the project is dishonest, then the problems are many times greater.

I know a lot of data ideas last time (Datum, Datawallet, Essentia, Pickiochain etc). What differents and benefits have this one before competitors?

Its not so easy to penetrate and disrupt a rigid and highly regulated market like this one. Thats why the project, as bad as it may sound, will face a lot of problems before succeeding.
