The team had to consider many things. Here is the official statement:

We had previously thought to conduct the ICO under Infinidy. After consulting with our advisors, we have decided to set up a new company to do the ICO and to provide some of the services required to build out the platform. While we are still working through the legalities and tax considerations, we have set up a new company, being GoNetwork Canada Inc. GoNetwork Canada Inc. will either be used for the ICO or will be affiliated with, and provide services, to the entity that will do the ICO. GoNetwork Canada is registered in Ontario province of Canada.

Actually there is a separate telegram group for the airdrop and in the main group, we are not bombarded with "when airdrop???" questions. So we have a strong group of investors.

Some ICOs have also done this, because the countries mentioned plans of regulating crypto trading in some way. The team wants to ensure legal compliance for long term.

i am VERY interested in Go Network.. so maybe there is a chance of getting in working for the project...
if you need a SPANISH translator.. i am your best bet!
I have seen many users that just apply translation software and change a few words. In my job, i guarantee a high quality well speech spanish translation, on my own, with the professional appearance that a serious project should deserve. Here you have some references..

One thing we know for sure is that the team is aiming to be listed on the biggest ones, and eventually to be listed on as many exchanges as possible.
