I know those hodling a million GPK right now must feel very excited right now - WOW! There are around 10 people with over a million coins and that seems amazing to me. We are getting closer to exchange dates and even closer to the time where BTC funds will start going into alts in a big way. Good luck to all.

This is amazing achievement that you have a partnership with facebook page Squatting Slavs in Tracksuits, they have 756 000 followers and that is Huuuge!
But I don't really see the point that they posted about Gopnik Coin right now because mining is no more possible, GPK is not on exchanges yet so people will check out this thread and forget about Gopnik Coin.
Is that Facebook page giving away gopnik coins for free or do they sell them as an ICO?

Probably a few free GPK to drum up interest. They can mine using POS in their wallet. Good idea to market this with some free coins. Even better idea would be to market this by announcing free coins to people who make youtube videos that link back to facebully page and coin ANN.

Hello. I'd like to mine Gopnik coin. It would be my first cryptocurrency mining- I haven't done this before.
I've installed the wallet and I've installed RPC Miner on my Mac.
I can't seem to, however, get RPC Miner going. Here are the settings I've put in:
Server host name or IP address []: stratum+tcp://beardedpool.fr
Server port number []: 3433
Miner username []: (my wallet address)
Miner password []: c=GPK
I've also tried:
Server host name or IP address []: http://www.bitcoin-pool.de/
Server port number []: 3731
Miner username []: (my wallet address)
Miner password []: x
and even:

You guys are killing us. Taking money out of even your own pockets. The Devs have this under control. As you know with the BTC Gold the exchanges are dragging their feet on allowing new coins - there's absolutely no sense in scraping the bottom of the exchange barrel just to rush and get listed today.
There is going to be plenty of money in early November looking to get out of BTC before the next fork and they will look for new alts to speculate on. Yes, we are here to make money but just be patient - your bottle of liquor will be sweeter tasting at Christmas you sorry Gopnik!
Please send me your address so I know you have the coins. If you are willing to give give them away for almost free, it would be bad to pass up this deal (even with BTC Gold exchange in a week).
