Someone just bought 54k HEAT on Alcurex at 7300 satoshi, which means they paid the same price per real HEAT that C-Cex is trying to buy at.

And yes, posting giant red letters including the word "loss" is obviously a FUD sell offer. Probably he really wants to buy and is using alternate account to try to panic others into selling to him.
