PoS will start at block 4320, but it is already possible to collect transaction fees by forging - I received my first :-)
I think your server is on a fork because the reward does not appear in explorer.

Well that sucks for those that bought for 0.00013. Not only do they not get the promised multiplier, but they lose almost 10% of what they paid. Ccex is a fucking scam.
