I have the same issue. I emailed their support and got this reply - "If you used different transactions and different BTC addresses to participate in the ICO, without a connection between them, unfortunately you can use the cashback code for only one of them. You will receive 3 individual HEAT stakes."
Sounds a bit unfair. I'm hoping they reconsider.

So I got the ETH to my address and sent it back from ico address but it doesn't verify on the alpha wallet. It just keeps on checking. I used ethereum. Anyone else having problems with ETH verification?
Yes, I'm having the exact same problem. I got a message from HEAT support saying that if it doesn't work, they will credit it manually. Wish I could verify it somehow though before genesis.

Same problem here, alpha web client keeps on checking. Hopefully will get credited soon.
