around 409MH/s with my 7970 Cheesy 1215 gpu clock and 1900mhz memory clock :-P

I would say this coin is pretty much GPU clock related, so you can lower your memory clock as low as you can to save some energy.
For my R9 280x does not matter if i have 1500MHz or 1000MHz memory clock, the hashrate is the same.

same experience here.
Turn the memclock down as much as possible, ive heared of people running em on 150mhz without any hashrate loss!
Im not able to go under 1000Mhz though on my 280X without cgminer setting it up again to default 1500Mhz

I have decreased Memclock to 150Mhz on my 280x, seems to work. Hashrate hasn't dropped, but hasn't increased neither. What is the benefit of decreasig Memclock? The temperature stayed the same between 80-85.

Ok, stop mining now Smiley.

I think cryptorush price is very low, especially in relation with the diff to mine this coin.

Uh, NO. Max is same difficulty or harder to mine and
give 91 coins/block instead of Helix's 151. So it is worth
about 1/2 of Max. And there is no one promoting it,
whereas Max Keiser is huge. So Helix is probably worth
.0001

I stopped to mining, it's not profitable for me.
too high difficulty for too little time and too cheap price.
with r9 290x for 11 hours mining => 13 HXC @ 0.00027 = 0.00351 BTC
waste of time.

MAX may give less coins per block now, but they half every year, while HXC halves every 6 months. In the end, after all is mined, MAX will have twice the number of coins in circulation. However, that's years from now, and its true that I don't see much promotion...

We also got a MAX Pool:

But since this thread is around Helix, use this one:

I'd be cautious of only paying attention to your miner's reported mh/s. Look at what the pool says, if it's reporting much lower, lower your intensity. Dunno why I'm helping my competition, guess i'm just a nice guy. Roll Eyes

I'm getting now 390Mh/s on MSI 280x Gaming with this cgminer config -> -I 14 -g 1 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-powertune 20 --gpu-engine 1150 --gpu-memclock 1250 --gpu-vddc 1.15 --gpu-dyninterval 7 --gpu-memdiff 0 --shaders 2048 --lookup-gap 2

Anybody squeezing more out of 280x? Please provide better config.

Exactly.  Hang on to your coins and wait for prices to rise.

If you're using thread intensity, shaders entry does nothing at all.

What kind of hash can expect from 7950 cards?

About 330Mh/s

I had to turn Intensity down to 11 on both my cards. A 5970 that I run at 17 on scrypt, the other is 7990 that is normally 13 on scrypt. Both would display funny, and the pool showed like 600-700mh/s when it should've been ~1300mh/s.

Intensity over 12 on keccak is wobbly
