thank you very much,
i thought at first it was like cube wallet with all that qt5 crap around,
but it's standalone and that's great....

i see hi-dpi scaling has been fixed, very good..

No the qt5 crap is just for the bells and whistles.
Keeping everything modular for now.
All about that modulife. Lol.

CryptoCoderz, could you please if possible provide
an 1 exe-only statically linked wallet build for windows
instead of all that bloody mess with setup ?
sorry for my french
Agree, you should provide hirocoin-qt without installer. That's all I need Cheesy
installer is not a problem, do it once, copy all shit from client folder, and deinstall.
but it's bulky as hell with all bells and whistles of qt5

Sorry about that guys we made the installer and updater in an effort to make all your lives easier.

Here is a link to the client directly (same location the auto updater pulls from)
http://cryptocoderz.com/patchr/hirocoin-qt.txt

Simply rename the extension from .txt to .exe and enjoy.
We will link a stand alone client more properly soon.

COINGATHER IS BACK UP! (TICKET RESPONDED TO)

Guys, be sure to submit tickets to them if you can't get in, their support is top notch!
Responded to me within an hour pretty much with a "we fixed it". Can't ask for more than that.

I don't think is so dramatic about a month ago they were offline with the same screen and then went back online like 4 days after. I have 16 btc in HIRO there, ajajajaja it's a joke, but in fact I put 16 HIRO to sell at 1 BTC each of them xD

If this is the case then we'll see how this plays out in the next few days but an exchange going offline, unnanounced for multiple days is not something that I want to subject any community to.

Good news about cryptopia btw,

Coingather has been down for 3 days now here is a screenshot

Well honestly I can't begin to tell you all how sorry I am, this will be the last time I ever add Hiro a startup exchange.

If anyone has screenshots of coins they lost we will do our best to re-imburse you. I've sent a ticket in but I don't have much hope if they've been gone for three days it sounds like a snatch and grab... ugh what a wonderful thing to wake up to.

If you try to log on CoinGather in you can show their message "Sorry, an error has occured and we have reported administrators." this is since three or four days.
Fortunately i have not so much i think the corrispective of 0.03BTC, but i dont need to loose it Wink

I can either send you 0.03BTC or the amount of Hiro you lost.

Please keep us posted guys.

Cryptocoderz is happy to announce a new update to the source and wallet. thanks to the auto-updater anybody running the windows client provided will automatically update. the update features a source cleanup and prep for future developments as well as additional nodes.
Also due to several requests we have corrected the scaling issue in the wallet and large transactions should no longer clip in the GUI interface.

Mac wallet now available!

is Coingather definitively offline? so... bie bie Hiro?

Yeah right, we aren't going anywhere! The community was very benevolent to us and anything that comes up is a minor set back.
Cryptopia should add us in the next coming days.

is Coingather definitively offline? so... bie bie Hiro?

and what about cryptopia? yesterday Hiro won the weekly votation

They should be adding us soon, sit tight Smiley

HIRO What is the future development plan Huh

Yes there are plans, actually we are currently creating a Secure Emailing system that will run on the blockchain, also devising a chain interface so that multiple chains can exchange information to allow multiple communities communicate together. If things go correctly we should have a sidechain system that you can run a website from on the chain and have the client navigate to the block its hosted on... We won't add or change anything drastically to Hiro before consulting the community.
Things should get pretty interesting here soon, we'll have more proper outlines and explanations soon.

Any update? it seems that hirocoin.org domain has been expired

How about now? Smiley

I remember this one from back in the day. Good to see that it is still alive and kicking.

Thanks we are trying to not just keep it alive but take it to the next level.

I Shall Rise Again From The Ashes Of My Failures.
I would like to post a formal apology for delayed progress as of late, this is due to the unfortunate team change that recently happened. we have lots some members of our team that we are sad to see go. we are close to releasing an update to the block chain, you can expect to see this update within 24 hours. we are still working on a few Long-Term goals as we will never give up on our amazing communities.

Thank you all for being the best part of CryptoCoderz,

    Resurgam

PS. due to the loss of a few members we are looking for Driven Graphic Designer/ C++ Programmers.
Regardless of whether or not you have these skills let us know, we are always look for confident polite people to help support our amazing communities.

Until Next time.
