how are you mining a SHA coin with gpu?
Just remove the --scrypt part from you miner start.bat file
cgminer -o http://127.0.0.1:21077 -u user -p pass

I apologize if i offended anyone here, I am just trying to help.
This coin is far more fair than auroracoin or spaincoin which have a 50% premine. Those coins will devalue quickly. This coin will be big, I want people to stop bickering and focus on the potential.

The only fair solution i can think of is
relaunch in 2 hours in scrypt . The HK sha256 has a damaged reputation now.
