HTH has no clear vision and a weak team that is facing many challenges in adoption and development. They have a roadmap that is outdated and unrealistic, such as launching a fiat gateway, a wallet, a debit card, and more They also have a small and inactive community that does not support the project and does not spread the word about it.

HTH has no potential to become a globalized charity that can help homeless people in need. It cannot offer fast, secure, and accountable transactions that can reach the homeless people directly

As for the charities and platforms that will be using HTH, there are hardly any examples of reputable organizations that accept HTH as a donation option. For instance, Crypto Emporium, an online store that sells luxury goods and services, does not accept HTH and only accepts other cryptocurrencies4 BitDials, another online store that sells high-end watches and jewelry, also does not accept HTH and only accepts other cryptocurrencies5 Moreover, HTH has no plans to partner with more charities and platforms in the future, especially those that operate in the areas where the homeless people are most prevalent.

As of today, July 22, 2021, Help The Homeless Worldwide A NJ Nonprofit Corporation is a registered Foreign Corporation in the state of California.
HTH has met the legal compliance as a Nonprofit Corporation.

Over the course of a couple months, I've had the opportunity to talk with someone who is very interested in starting a chapter in Fresno, California & be the very first HTH Chapter to open so I would love for the HTH Community to show their support towards @Alarr , our newest Director of HTHW, Fresno Branch!!!! @Alarr is new to our Discord & is still finding his way around so please be patient with him as he learns how to work Discord.

We are continuing to move forward after some personal setbacks (me moving), we will be addingg some updated information to our platform to include some news about upcoming events & fundraisers plus all of our newly created tokens!!
