Check out the link in my previous posting. It's just a question on whether we will have to switch mining software. If it's a simple newbie question, then it seems easier to just answer it than make a posting about how annoyed you are about the question.

I am currently using EWBF's 0.3.3b and that's stable.  Defender thinks that the newer one has a virus.  Can't remember the ones that crashed since I deleted them ASAP.  My primary concern is whether, if HUSH switches to mining two coins, if miners can continue using EWBF 0.3.3b or if we will have to switch to some other dual miner.

Nothing new realy, we are waiting for some news dev...

When we can expect to be listed on bittrex?

Price is moving around 48-52 range on cryptopia, we need something to boost it.

As much as I would also love this, we can't be too hasty about things. If you are looking for some big one time gain, then sure. I would like to see this project succeed as I love the ideas and dev behind it. Getting some working chat models up followed by a bittrex listing is a better plan imo then simply getting on bittrex so people can trade with potentially no tech backing.

Bittrex, bter, kraken - all of that exchange would be nice to hush.. Especially Bittrex

Are you really using bter exchange?
It's top worst exchange I've ever tried.

If you implement the merged mining, as indicated in the counterparty link you provided, would we have to switch mining software?  I hope not because it took a long time to locate a good equihash miner that didn't crash, have viruses / bugs, or run the GPUs too hot.  Or if so, can you please make sure a good mining software is up and running before the switch? Cool

EWBF's equihash miner has been very stable in testing I've done. Which miner (or miners) were you using that caused problems for you?

I have to agree with Michael there, getting this coin listed in Bittrex will mean more exposure, and make price manipulation harder.

It's falling to 43 in Cryptopia.

It's not a crash, though. More like systematical price reduction, seems like lots of Hush getting bought at lower price. Well, to be fair it's two side of a coin so lots of Hush getting sold at lower price. In a weird way it hurt seeing the price drop, but kinda encouraging that there are lots of buywall there. It seems lots of people want this coins.

As side note :

The dev do put "Get Listed on Additional Exchange" early on roadmap.

The dev plan for 3 months to the messenger, so hopefully we can get "Get Listed on Additional Exchange" before that.

Even if it's not on bittrex, another exchange with good reputation will mean increased exposure. And they do working on Hush getting listed on multiple exchange, you can see it at 25 July status update.

Status Update

• David and Matt is continuing their work on the HUSH Messenger and HUSH Counterparty.

• David has also been working on SuperNET DEX for Windows.

• Iolar and I have been updating the content of the website.

• We're organizing translations of the website. So far we have Polish, Portuguese and Spanish completed. I will have the Swedish translation ready any time now.

• We're working on getting listed at multiple exchanges, we have nothing to announce here yet but I hope we will in a near future.

I and many more don't want a price boost or bittrex listing yet. Hush , as I get it, is more about features - chat, assets, contracts xcat - it wasn't developed yet. Once chat is out price, attention, buttrex will follow and rise rapidly. I hope Hush won't be just a $coin offering nothing but currency-trade ability. I hope it will be a new ecosystem redefining currencies. That is why I'm interested, helping, mining and investing.

Weekly Update, Week 27
https://i.imgur.com/JXyt8Xi.jpg
Completed work
• New Announcement Thread is released. You can find it [here](https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-hush-secure-private-messaging-and-transactions-equihash-2008578)
• You can now see which pool that mined a block or if it was a solo-miner at [Hush Block Explorer](https://explorer.myhush.org/blocks)
• The community has collected 3 BTC for a priority Bittrex Request. Bittrex has been contacted and we're waiting for an address to send these to.

Work in progress
• HUSH Secure Messaging feature - the development on this has come far and I believe we will be able to publish this within a near future. You can read about the details [here](https://steemit.com/crypto/@mreichardt/hush-messenger-secure-e2e-messaging-on-the-hush-blockchain)
• Development on the Counterparty feature is still being made. You can read about the details of this feature [here](https://steemit.com/hush/@radix42/counterparty-on-hush-funding-assets-and-smart-contracts)

hi,

is there any particular reason that you are all moving from suprnova pool? fees? or any other think beside fees and pool more then 51% hasrate?

I am mining there for two weeks and everthink looks ok.

Which wallet do you use? at suprnova i just collect hush and leave it on account. i still did not trensfer it to criptopia, becouse i am waiting to be listed on bitrex, but if i will find windows wallet, i will move it there ofcourse. i did not see that is alredy made.

As i see you all suggest mining speed for hush. Which wallet do you use there? i do not have any wallet yet, only one in criptopia, but they say that it is not good to use that wallet for mining.

Any help would be very welcome.

thks

No one is running from suprnova... miners pool hop and calc to change coins all the time. Some ppl leave because they do not really know the pool op, or trust that they won't take advantage of 51%+ hashrate on their pool. so they read the FUD here and jump. Doesn't matter... if all pools are equal (and they aren't) then you earn the same everywhere minus fees etc. That doesn't seem to be true here, and suprnova has been the best earning pool I have tried so far.

I will repeat this again... for the community...

IF YOU WANT A POOL TO MOVE TO, THEN SOMEONE NEEDS TO MATCH SUPRNOVA's SUCCESS AND COMMITMENT SO THERE IS A REAL REASON TO MOVE, NOT JUST FEAR OF 51%!!!!!

Stop the FUD, and mine where you want... everyone wants to mine where they will earn the most... but they complain about stability, lead times for coin payouts etc. YOU CAN HAVE BOTH AT SUPRNOVA... you just have to understand, his pools have volume and he can't stop it from hitting 51% unless he throws up a SECOND POOL. Someone else should be striving to match his success, not tearing him down for it.

/rant

Wow thanks for the positive feedback, a light in the dark Smiley

PS: Idle Worker  Notifs should be working fine on the pool, maybe they get sorted into the spam box ?

PPS: I've updated the pool a little and lowered confirmations until payout, you'll get the coins much quicker now.

PPPS: That myth of the 51% problem is really ridiculous .. You could already attack a chain with 25-30% of the hashing power just fine, with everything above 50% the attack is just a guaranteed success. But why would I want to fork off a coin when I have a pool for ? I'd ruin all my rep, ruin the rep of the coin... etc.. Isn't it a bit counter-productive ? Smiley

Just to further this a bit more, I know it's old but I've watched OCMiner help Defend coins under 51% attack. IE: Krypton last year. His pools are all good to the bone.
