As far as I understand, this wallet developer: 0x5d2685B57248d25E45BF7CdcDd2558b35479a15b
He handed out 80%, it remained 20% ~ 4200000 coins. Now on account of 3800000, can not be spent 900 000 coins, simple math. And the fact that he spends coins on the development of the project quite well, but it would be nice to know when and what.

About the chat, I want to hear the explanation of the developer. And what about 900 K coins are you talking about? I have such transactions in the history Etherdelta not see... some of the coins the developer kept the part was left for the development of the project. Just wanted the developer wrote about what he spends and how much. After all, adding to the stock exchange for example Yobit worth the money... Let's see what it will tell the developer.
I was talking about that in history somebody dumped 173k of tokens, by tracking this wallet there is no any other tokens but IBTC, ethplorer showin 36 ETH in/out.
