too much lately an ICO is only concerned with the development team so we have to be more careful because fraud has been very troubling and many projects are not successful because investors are afraid of fraud

this was completely a dead coin, the pump that happened will not give any surprise because there was a lot of gap between the selling price and buying price, this has become a scam from the beginning. A crap idea with non sense whitepaper seem become a real evidence if this one just another pump and dump coin. Those investors must forget anything that doesn't make sense to avoid the next scam ico.
I hope similar ICO in the past . Now the trend of IEO and I think the scammers should be less . I feel sorry for investors who lost money and time .

They are so good that they can beat legit sites with how they perform their marketing, I'm glad I'm out of these ICO's signature bounty campaign, but from time to time I monitor some projects, we never know some ICO can still get into the market and get a good price but it has become a game of "where and how to find them"
You dont need to actually find them, Just checkout Binance launchpad and Houbi Prime for the best profitable projects to invest. Finding a legit project in the ANN section here in bitcointalk would be like finding a needle in a haystack. The chances of us finding a hidden gem in the hundreds of projects being launch monthly would be next to impossible. Not unless you join them all and gamble on your investment.

Site is now down and all channels are neglected another perfect scam happened I lost 2 months of the promotion here, I should have sold it when my Icechain portfolio reaches $10 now it's worth even lower than 1 cents, people who have invested in Icechain are now done with ICO.

Pretty sure that is part of the 400million tokens that were moved around ontop of the 100mill dev fund, and whatever tokens they came across along the way.
