yeah, they must be more active considering that it is on it's pre-ICO stage, he nust be more active and ready to answers question from the community, how will this project gain the supports of the community and earn the trust if the dev is not active.

Should there be multiple icos? How many? Do u have a pre-release ico at which u sell to plebs a nicely wrapped pan with salts? After ure done ure gonna move to the second phase of a sale which is where the main shitfest begins. I suspect humanq will be selling cigarette butts programmed into ethereum smart contracts.
