Can you guys put the table some top three things what is your logic when assessing the ICO?
You have written first ICO with existing scalable infrastructure on your website. what does it mean?
It seems to be a lot of investors who follow pre-sale in Ambit, could be seen from a large number of participants who supported him until now. Hopefully, future projects can be smoothly and successfully.

That's a very ambitious roadmap, most ICOs don't have plans all the way till 2021 but if anything that they've done is to go by on, I think their ASICS chips production will go fine as well.
I hope ASICS chips are very good for production but most of the community is not showing any interest towards the mining-based projects because till now many ICO implemented through the smart contract only, So there is no specialised mining how can we benefit from this company?
Regarding ASICS chips I think they're still really far away but maybe we'll get an official statement from ambit about what they're planning to do there later.
I agree that mining-based projects aren't really popular but I think if we see more startups like ambit, they'll certainly become popular. But aside from mining, Ambit also focuses on green and renewable energy, so what they're doing is, in fact, good for the environment. This is one of the biggest things that draw me to ambit, personally.
I do accept, but when it comes to reality it won't much influence the investors and in the beginning, the team will show interest towards mining, in fact, we faced some problems with the previous mining companies. Let's hope for best.

hi, tell us more about the payment of dividends.
1) in what currency?
2) how will the conversion rate be determined?
3) payments will be made on the wallets of coin holders or through personal account?
If I remember correctly from their whitepaper, their dividends will be paid out in ETH to their payment wallet address.
Not sure about the conversion rate.
All token holders will be entitled to 85% of net profits from the mining operations. Out of which 75% will be paid will be calculated and paid on bi-weekly basis in ETH. The size of the dividend will be determined in a pro-rata share of the tokens held by token holders during a full dividend cycle (every 2 weeks) before the dividend declaration. (for example if an user held 100 tokens in the beginning of the cycle, and sold 30 during the cycle, dividend will be allocated for the remaining 70 tokens which were held during the full duration of the dividend
cycle).
A portion of the profits from the mining (25%) will be bootstrapped into further development and innovation of information regarding the upgrade of the equipment as well as other related development costs will be fully transparent and available to the token holders, to ensure the credibility and transparency of the project. If the actual reinvestment cost is less than 25%, then the remaining funds will also be distributed as dividends

I've been following this project for a few weeks now, everything looks good, but I'm wondering about a/or the registration process, if tokens are sent to each investors wallet, there will probably be a way to register ones tokens in the future to receive dividends. Also if one sells some of his tokens later, I would think the investor is in control of the tokens, just wondering how all that will work, thanks

This ICO has a lot of positive responses, it makes sense for me.
Positive responses aside, I think the team, the whitepaper, the idea behind the ICO is also great. Which leads me to believe in their project altogether.
This is what makes me believe in the project as well. They got all the relevant experience, already making a profit, so on, what's not to love?
