I read somewhere that Georgia is one of the crypto friendly countries? is that true?

Definitely. There's a huge incentive for Georgian crypto startups in the sense that there's less regulations, taxes and so on.

Also worth mentioning that one of the largest and the most famous mining companies (BitFury) is from Georgia.

Wow really? interesting! we knew about china, and other states, but never heard about Georgia.

To be honest I didn't even realize at first Ambit was from Georgia until I read their site in detail. Grin

I just assumed that most huge mining and ICO companies would be from bigger countries but definitely a surprise.

Do you plan an airdrop? And if yes - when is it gonna be??
Thanks in advance!
No airdrop is currently planned

Do you know if there will be any plans in the future?

Though I think you'll be successful either way. Smiley

Awesome, great interview, very in-depth. But one question:

"ICO Alert: Will the funds raised during the ICO go towards paying for the already functional facility?

Vashakidze: No, the funds collected during the ICO will go towards the new project, it will not be connected in any way with the existing facilities."

What is this next project? Is there something already planned? Grin

What are the minimum requirements in order to participate the voting rights, but what are those business you are talking about, whether that decission will within the company or ventures are you going to use?
I will get clarification from the team and get back to you.

It seems that the ambit will release erc20 tokens on Etherium network, I have a question about the dividend distribution. If I store some tokens in my ETH wallet, I will receive the dividend in ETH every year?
Dividends will be calculated and paid on monthly basis in cryptocurrency. The size of the dividend will be determined in a pro-rata share of the tokens held by token holders during a full cycle before the dividend declaration. (for example, if a user held 100 tokens in the beginning of the cycle, and sold 30 during the cycle, dividend will be allocated for the remaining 70 tokens which were held during the full duration of the dividend cycle).

yeah it's really surprising to see so many huge mining companies from an otherwise such a small country.

I guess it's more about regulation/taxes than the size or how rich a country is, in the case of Georgia.

A mining cryptocurrency that will enable token holders to be a part of mining firm. More like cloud mining. I think is a nice project to invest in and more analysis on the whitepaper proves the project is a sustainable.
