Theres alot of challenges currently in the agricultural industry, number one is climate change where plants and animals are the most affected. Atfs project hopefully find a way to develop a method to reverse the effect of the climate change and be more beneficial insted of beibg harmful to plants snd animals.

This is why this kind of project should be supported by more investors not only because they want to have a good return of investment but if this project will succeed and the system will be implemented it will surely help maintain the world that we live where we store our physical asset as well as we maintain our digital assets.

That's very simple, one of the goals of this project is to build a SMART FARM 2.0 ( I think they already have the first one so it will be easier now ) and use it to educate a lot of farmers to grow more plant-based foods efficiently.
Since plant-based food will be abundant more technologies to process it to different types of food like plant-based meat just like how they get essential oil or spices from plants.
I think using a plant-based meat is a good alternative for animal meat since the carbon emission from animals will be lessened and growing more plants will give us more oxygen.
It is surely like "hitting a lot of birds with one stone".

its plant food been modified and taking apart piece by piece if am right they just create a modified type of plant using agric tech plus finances through blockchain

They are aim to produce plant-based meat which is an unnatural meat that tastes and looks exactly like the real meat, so it's genetically modified, because you can't made plant-base without that. To be honest that page was about Asian food and I have no idea about Asian Cuisine.
