I received only 1.00000 ETH instead of 1.68 ETH. I could buy only 805 tokens with it on 17.10.2017. I could have bought ~1100 BTB with my 1.68 ETH. Plus the latest tx got approved but my balance wasnt updated at all. Wtf?
IF I COULD BUY ONLY 805 tokens with all my 1.68 ETH then the price would have been $0.69. The numbers dont add up

Hi, I've made an ETH deposit to the ETH address displayed in "Add Balances" section of my Bitbase account. My transaction received over 38 confirmations but it wasn't detected by your countdown timer system. Still got no funds credited to my balance. What can we do with this?

HI YAKOV,
I'm sure you are busy with the Ether issues, but I have the same problem. I sent 1.26 ether to buy BTB at $0.40 and I'm still waiting for it to show up. Now the price will be $0.50 when it opens back up. I already have 880 BTB that I bought with BTC with no problem. But the Ether system is not working properly. Also it says in the directions when buying with Ether that it will be sent to the wallet that was used for purchase, so why have a wallet on the site? Also I please post the contract address so I can add the token to my wallet if that is where it will go.
I have looked on Etherscan and my Ether was confirmed yesterday (4198 block confirmations) but still I don't see the BTB on the site or in my Metamask Etherscan account. Please help.
I am a Youtuber so I actually have a video of the transaction and I have watched it carefully more than once and I did everything correctly.
Please advise.

trust me, he doesnt care. I've lost 0.68 ETH by sending them 1.68 ETH. They don't reply to my posts for 2 days already.
Today I sent 0.1 ETH to check whether they have solved their issues. Nothing fixed. Livechat isn't responding, Yakov on Facebook doesn't respond to my tickets either.
I feel like sending money to their system is similar to just burning them. Except burning money should be more fun.
