i paid 0.00218608btc for 30btb token on the 16th of october when a btb cost 0.35$/token. my transaction got confirmed late and the 15 mins window given for payment to the address elapsed since then have not gotten my btb token in my account after i have gotten full confirmation for my payment. i complained on twitter already but nobody is responding. my btb id is 737555473-59df2bf4d1382-1044105065 .
