Hi BitDegree Community Man,
Will your project focus only on programming? Will there be courses for other professions that are also needed in crypto-currency projects? For example, marketing, PR, project managers etc.

From what I've understood this project is grounded in increasing the efficiency of advertisements from companies aimed at hiring new positions while also being a source of exchange between students and vendors for items. That by itself is a good start as many projects are built entirely upon increasing useful advertisements such as BAT.

I think a great idea could be using BitDegree to notarize courses that students have completed. Students could take an online test at the end of the course and their performance would be recorded forever on the blockchain. The student could then show his/her course completions to potential employers and they would demonstrate his/her knowledge. Is there anything in the works for something like this?

Hi,
Glad that this ICO caught your attention.

Your idea is very interesting, but it may put too much strain on a student. This is an idea floating around, but currently no plans for implementation of it exist. Maybe in the future.

Thank you.

Don't you think you should make more tokens available for public? 51% looks few

Hi,
A big portion of tokens will be distributed among the instructors as an incentive to create courses. This will help out big time in starting the wheel to spin.

Thanks

Is this a udemy in blockchain, sounds interesting I don't know if this is the first in the industry but very interesting we could finally have one in the industry I'm sure this will attract many ico investors and traders will follow this thread through its success.

That is a close analogy, you are correct. We believe that this decentralized educational platform will revolutionize the industry.

Thank you for your generous words!

Hi guys!
Explain, pls, that the courses will be divided into two parts? Some of them will be paid (pay with tokens, for example), others will be paid by the employer, but in return, the student will have to work for the company for some time - for example, a minimum contract for several months to cover the costs of courses. Right?
Thank you.

Hi enthusiast,

I would like to start by mentioning that for the first 1 year all courses on BitDegree will be free to attract as much students as possible. User growth pool will be used to incentivize this traction. In the future premium courses will be offered.

Students will be able to choose from a plethora of IT courses. Most of the courses will be free to enroll for the first year. All of the courses will have a sponsor who funds the students participating. Depending on sponsor, students will receive micro-scholarships for learning. This is calculated by achievements every student is performing. Think of it this way, if you solve a "CodeCademy" style of exercise, you get micro-payment for doing that. This is one way of distributing sponsors funding to students.

Another way is: Students enroll to paid courses. All the funds are frozen until, the achievement is unlocked. Basically students learn for free, because he is getting back his money while learning. This incentivizes students, to finish the course.

There will be more enrollment models how students will learn.

Is this a udemy in blockchain, sounds interesting I don't know if this is the first in the industry but very interesting we could finally have one in the industry I'm sure this will attract many ico investors and traders will follow this thread through its success.
