Once our exchange is live, there will be no fees to purchase Blockbid tokens. Selling Blockbid tokens will attract the standard 0.1% commission.
BID tokens on other exchanges will trade according to those exchange fee structures.

3m - if we hit 3m tokens sold then the smart contract is stopped and no more funds will be accepted, and thus no more tokens created.

If you think about how much large traders spend on transaction fees, you can see that whales will happily buy BID tokens on exchanges for a substantial amount - they will pay any price as long as it is less than they could rack up in transaction fees over half an hour of high volume trading.

Beta testers receive free trades, so yes they will effectively get the same benefit as token holders.

They won't be resold, they will be distributed back to the crypto community as airdrops and rewards, and can be reused by the new recipients.

You'd probably need to seek independent advice on that - we have no way of verifying the citizenship of the owner of each Ethereum wallet we receive funds from.

Decentralised trading will be added in late 2018.
