I often encounter the problem of education for people with disabilities. I hope that this project will help them to take a worthy place in the ranks of specialists. It is not enough to have a piece of paper about your training, but you still need to get good knowledge.
There won`t be a only a piece of paper anymore. The certification/skills will be visible and transparent on the blockchain. It doesn`t affect the knowledge you can receive from the training.
