At launch and in your pre-release these "blocks" will be available for sale.
Our Legality Check will take care of controlling a deck is accepted in a peculiar format, official ban/limitations included.
Please notice in the screenshot the famous Disciple of the Vault and Artifacts lands ban being implemented in Mirrodin Block legality check. Also notice how the same deck passes the "2004 T2 Legality Check"
With CGC Project several "rules" can be easily implemented. As soon as we will release new editions more "checks" will be available.

Chance to lower the minimum btc requirement considering the lack of interest from investors ?
We had an agreement with Escrow about that and we won't change it.
We're confident pre-release of the software and a fair review will bost confidence in the project and will drive new investments!
We had contacted several possible reviewers on Bitcointalk, but this shouldn't paid or advertised reviews, in your interest.
Aleix is a legendary member of Bitcointalk and he has MTG experience, he is very busy but we already agreed a review from him for the "latin world".
Qiwoman, owner of bitbillions.net for the Chinese one. We're still looking for more persons, a little of magic experience would be appreciated.
And seriously, if we receive a 2/3 btc I would lie to you if I say we can fastly finish to migrate the databases to counterparty/blockchain environment..
Escrow is the best available but he is not cheap, promotion has its costs.. we wouldn't have enough to hire another serious developer and graphic designer..
It would be better you get your money back and we change job and play Magic and Poker on CGC, among friends

Even Ico's with long preparation are facing problems,not CGC Project,investors prefer buying coins in exchanges,like I earlier posted they want to see how a certain coin performs in the market before they buy,but early investors are likely to make a profit.

Why dont you have goals to have the btc released to you? I would invest if that was the case but its not so I cant. If you change that to make sure you must achieve x y and z before you got your btc I would feel much better about investing.
We do have goals to achieve before escrow release funds, it was one of the first things we thought about while looking for a community trusted escrow:
We chose SebastianJu, probably the most famous and trusted on this board, with over 8,000 BTC escrowed in his career.
I was asked by CGC Project, the issuer, to provide an Escrow address that is used to collect the funds for the ICO of CGC Coins.
Safety from Escrow
The wallet and MTG game server will be released 24 hours before the ICO ends. The CGC Coins are released to the investors till 12 hours after ICO ended. I will release 50% of the investment. We will wait 7 days to see if everything goes fine then I will release the remaining Bitcoins to the issuer. This way of handling things is useful, waiting times already stopped a number of scammy ICO's from happening because there is time to show the validity of the ICO.
When ICO is running some trusted members, preferably experienced in the game, will be chosen to check out the game and the engines.
A refund will happen if 10 BTC are not met at the end of the ICO.

6)12 hours at least are passed to see software works (and we respected point 1 to 5)
The other 50% of crowdfunded BTC will be released to us after 7 days from ICO ends.
We think that's enough to let you feel much better about investing in our project.
With come cooperation from the community we all could have much fun and earn good money. Give a look at our whitepaper for the "server internal economy and inflation, we have a few features that may reward a lot early investors.

You mean not using an escrow and directly from the dev,I think it's better that way escrow is much better to protect both investors and the reputation of any coin,about achieving xyz ,as you can see dev always post an update about his project,it's up to us investors on how we can support him.

So how many games in total will be available to play?Is it possible for players to suggest new games to be added like wwe supercards which is one of the most poplars games ?
Magic The Gathering has been choosen as first server as example to show investors the true potential of the software, that card game requires a lot of coding for hand/deck/gamefield user interactions and as you will see in our previews it already has almost 24,000 cards and dozens of editions already implemented inside..
Also MTG has a huge market cap, rarest cards are worth a lot of money, this shouldn't hurt.
There is not such a real Cap on number of games available. People may download only the module of interest and drag and drop it inside CGC folder..
Every "game" has one server. We will go step by step, starting with MTG.
Community will choose the second game to add among a pool of games. Most probable candidates are Pokemon And Star Wars (already tested) for audience and marketing reasons. We will give a look at WWE Supercard, it sounds funny.
