I think so, but the team will do something for the participant. But it is hurt a month without result. The disadvantages for following the altcoin . i will drop my signature and change to other signature campaign right now.
I think WINGS will get fail in his ICO too, Even over 20 days is left and which mean they need for minimum over 100 BTC a day to reach minimum plan for his ico.

Kraken is down,not only one market is kraken.
There is absolutely a market for crypto insurance but it definitely needs large funds to cover possible payouts. Inchain can do another crowfund later or should just organize some partnerships in order to gather large amounts.

Are you sure dude ?..But afaik this ICO use escrow..no worries I think..I also have invested there but not much...but what you said im not sure..I think team still working hard there
many things that will be obtained for the sale of ICO in the marketing system in the form of social media and bounty for all the community to promote the site for the future ..

You're official person of the ICO? what is the deadline to get refund from this project, sorry to see the raised amount is too low even the idea is very innovative and I was thinking this would be another successful ICO of the year.

Calm down, down is not equal to hack, it may be caused by DDoS. And it is a "chance", not the truth, the management of inchain sucks, how can they get that offer even if the project kick starts? 2 days left, and only 300 btc around, the project is officially failed.

Kraken is working for me.Even if it was hacked, there is no chance of Inchain reaching the threshold amount. I mean, it is too late to do marketing about how Inchain could have Insured funds of users kraken.
As someone said above, they have to look VC funding. Also, they cannot start the project if they don't pass the threshold and have refund the participants of ico.
Holding second ico is not possible. They cannot start the project if they don't reach the threshold, as it was written in there whitepaper.
