We can do the refund without escrow technically, but they hold the fund.

That that the project was short of budget. I hope to get refunded alter. do we need to pm Sebastian that my investment came directly from an exchange to which I therefore can't have the option to provide sign message.

They might choose to pay you something as the good gesture, but bear in mind that you all were familiar (or should've been) on how this sig campaign works and that there was a risk of ICO not reaching the $1.75m goal.

You took the gamble and you lost. Devs don't owe you anything, they've lost a lot of time/money on this project themselves, so don't set your hopes too high.

I don't think the project can pay any social media effort. The inability to reach the target has resulted into refunding. So where do they get the excess to pay?
