Double-authorization protocol include the following two steps:
The first this is searching and booking. Then your funds are blocked until further confirmation. If you refuse then your funds will be defrosted and you will be able to get it back. So, you will not lose your money if you refuse from services on this stage.
The second step provides transaction confirmation through smartphone. Then funds are successfully transferred to the performer’s account.

How are you going to block the funds of users?

This function is maintained by smart-contracts.

This is a specially designed program code that allows you to automatically perform certain functions when certain conditions occur. To implement smart-contracts, a decentralized environment is required that completely excludes the human factor. To use the transfer of value in a smart-contract, it requires a cryptocurrency.

The client's funds are in safe, blocked by smart-contract, and can be easily refunded.
