That means that you can get cashback up to 45% from the stores-participants of Back4cash.

Not the previlege as descrimination for the smaller ones, but the customisation (custom-made tools, additional scripts, smart bots etc.) as service for the ones who needs that. Because the demands of big and small companies are pretty different.
