How do you see the future of gold mining?
The hole market is $500 billion and this will be soon reflected by the market capitalization of gold mining companies. Main issue is to generate more exploitation powers through more CAPEX. Goldea brings the necessary additional funds to this market from more widespread sources via ICO. But this is only to make a start....
how many employees are working on the project at the moment?
We are 20 in Goldea and 9 on-site regular workers in Mali with Rexmetal sarl. The personel in future is listed in feasibility study and counts 150 people per exploitation module, possibly 450 people per site. These further staff will be provided from SAER, biggest human resource company in West Africa, we made contract with them www.saer-emploi.com

If there are agreements with local authorities, then I think there should be no problems. Especially the cargo can be insuredThe company has full legal permission from the government of the Republic of Mali to excavate gold. I do not think there will be security problems.
We use the experience of large international companies. Surely, there will be security guards, but I don't think that we need to hire a battalion of soldiers.

If there are large investors, why do you need to attract a wide audience? You can explain your position.
It is hard to attract huge amount of money, e.g. €5000000, for a startup in 5 shots €1mln each, because the bigger the investment is, the lower risks should be. One can speak about stable ratio of risk amount vs maximum amount single investor from the pool wishes to allocate. We intend to attract major investors after start of production during the pre IPO phase.
