These are the standard requirements for all ICO from the European Union. All the ICO investors before purchasing tokens must pass KYC procedures

it's strange why your road map is painted only until September? but what next? the team has no more plans? and what about exchanges, when will the token be traded on the exchanges?

it's mainly because the project now develops in a very fast pace and our operational plans are updated like every week or so. we will make sure to update roadmap before the next token sale round (the pre-ICO)
and yes, it will be possible to trade the token on exchanges since 4th quater of 2018. we'll provide a more detailed plan ASAP

Do u need any kind of license?Most of start ups are striving to obtain different kinds of license for operation on a specific market. Whats about u?

There is no licensing for our kind of services in Russia and BRICS space. However, we might have to licence the app in other jurisdictions and there is a part of budget dedicated to legal services / fees.
The thing is that the platform does not act as a property seller. We connect sellers (developers / agents) with customers and can book properties for them right on the platform. However, users buy from the developer / legal entity representing developer. There will be a user contract covering these points. Our toughest job is to check the seller's credibility, which we do by obtaining property records from the official state sources and checking 1) who is the owner, 2) is the seller can act on behalf of the owner (if those are not the same).

 Crucial point is that we invite only owners to sell on the platform right now. This makes our job easier and increases buyer's security. We want to simply exclude all intermediaries from the property deals to cut costs for buyers and make the verification of owner/seller easy and transparent. => The platform can seriously shake the business of real estate agents, who normally do exactly the same - 1) find a property owner, 2) check his / her credibility with the officials. With our authomated check-ups of state property records we can do this job fast and with high accuracy.

I didn't get how the  project will be monetised. Clients commission? Who's paying for it?
INTRO Sale and INTRO REstate offers choice btw comission (% off the deal) OR subcription fee. Users can choose whether subcribe on auctions for longer periods and pay monthly OR use system once in while and pay % off the deal. The first model is for big investors, the second is for individual investors. The model used by current customers in Russia is the comission model, because access tokens (related to subcription model) has not been issued yet.
INTRO Analytica only works on subcription model, all current customers pay monthly fees in fiat currencies. Soon it will be possible to pay in INTRO tokens obtained on ICO. There will be no other payment systems on that part of platform.
INTRO Coinvest also combines subcription model (monthly user fees paid by property buyers) and advertising / leadgen model (fees paid by property developers). Most likely, there will be 2 options for users: 1) free version with advertising and highlighted offers from developers, 2) paid premium version with no ads or paid content. Again, token holders can use INTRO to pay for COINvest premium services.

Yes. There are 2 blockhain implementations in the system architecture: 1) property auction / sales deals on blockchain, 2) property register on blockchain (e.g. all back-dated records on this property unit - construction progress / sales / mortgage, etc.)
