Our estimate for operating costs not including electricity is 4-5% of output. Of course, the bigger the mining centre, the more economies of scale can be realized, because certain basic things need to be covered (like maintenance staff) no matter what and the more output is generated, the smaller the percentage needed to cover them will be. Other things like electricity are more variable.
