OPN is a good project. I did bounty but later lost my bttalk account and I'm using this one now. I see in bounty thread that bounty closed but I see here bounty still live. Is it still on? Please clarify to me. Thanks.

Intitally, we intended to refund contributors if soft cap is not met after token sales (presale and ICO), but after our recent meeting, we decided to remove that clause. We have decided to continue with the project regardless of soft cap been met or not. Our roadmap platform development plan is very much ongoing.
