I agree with you. Moreover, I would like to note the fact that Acorn has made an excellent decision to postpone the ICO until the end of April. Now is a really bad time for the ICO as investors have lost interest, given the situation on the market.

The SEC has been pretty clear about their position regarding so called "utility" tokens. They say that most of them with any kind of buyback scheme or similar dividend mechanism will be labeled as securities.
