You are right. I agree with you but even ratings found online is also unreliable. There are platforms that manufacture ratings and reviews for a pay and manipulate other company’s good ratings to destroy them so it is really difficult to trust what we see in the internet unless they are done manually by a person who is satisfied with their service.

I agree with you Chikitita2004 that ratings are unreliable, and so with reviews based on my experience. Although, I am not speaking in general but it was so sad that something bad happened to me.
I went to eat at a restaurant in which I am bragging about it with a friend because I told her that I have read good reviews and high ratings of that restaurant. I was so excited, because I really like to try different restaurants. But to my dismay, and without being exaggerated, oh know, I don’t know if there is something wrong with my tastebuds, but the food was the worse I tasted, so far that I didn’t even finished my food and go, and also, I was ashamed of my friend that I even recommended that restaurant to try because of the high ratings and good review that I made. I will not forget that experience.

That is my same sentiments micahyahel10. I hope the companies, can conceptualize, specially TrustLogics a way where in the ratings and the reviews will be reliable. Anyway, if the ratings and review are not reliable, it will effect the company in one way or another. It can either help boost the company or destroy it So I believe that reviews and ratings must be reliable for the company to be trusted.

i agree, having a clean rating gives the opportunity to impress the crowd, In reality, it gives platform or project a competitive edge to users who are browsing for their perfect platform.but nowadays rating and reviews are manipulated and paid by companies just to look better and gain more users trust. i hope trustlogics is genuine enough and not manipulate their ratings.

That is nice whereas the TrustLogics is now be the answer to the worlds problem by applying a job. And since that they can also consider the disabled person, i think many company who willing to help disabled to have a job, they will have also consider it to apply on their company.

I think employing and hiring disabled applicants should not be the problem. It is still the employer who is going to decide if an applicant with physical disabilities are capable of doing the job offered. Let us not forget that the body maybe defective but if the brain is whole and sound then the person is qualified, just depending on the type of job offered to him.

For sure Chikitita2004. If they find a good one, that will be a jackpot to the company. Physical diasbilities should never be a hindrance in employing workers. Even if the job requires some physical works if the handicapped person is still able to perform the task then he deserves the position. Actually in my place even applicants with down syndrome as hired and given opportunity to work and interact with people.

I agree, and besides, if ever I have a company of my own, I will definitely give chances to PWD. I will make a difference with regards to other companies for discriminating people like them. I will be the one to give them a chance and hope to live normally. I know that God will be the one to bless me if I do so.

I like the idea michayahel10. I will also do the same. People with disabilities and the less privileged, the overaged, the undergrad and the retired who would still want to work. Actually in some countries, they do not really look at the degree of the applicants, they base their standard on the atittude and the character of the applicants.

I donot think so that they are like linkedin and after all they are providing validation services and moreover they have to ensure safety of our documents which is there first priority and i am happy that they have validation services as our profile will get shortlisted easily due to there validation services which is of great use and many other organisation waste there time on validating the documents so this will ease there work as they get verified profile now the last step is of interview so most of the recruiting work is going to get ease in near future thanks to the technology
