May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.

I think this will also go with a company and partnership.

It will become also good if there is an achievements to all applicants who hired. It is good if the companies will see a symbol that represents the goodness, dedication and perseverance of a certain worker. Imagine, if you have 20 positive trust or any symbols under your name, it will become a catchy thing under the companies who are looking for applicant.
It's good idea but i think validations process will cover this idea of yours, and jobseeker only need one trusted remark from validator to all of their data and if the results is positive they are good to go...

Being one of the participant of this project was a worth. Doing such kind of project like this is a help and solution for every freshmen on industry of job and work. As a graduating college student we do not know how to employ by ourselves only without any help of our parents or professional. Knowing that this project exist we will now apply and learn how to get a job and work in the most easy way as possible.
College also here. Knowing this kind of project that will be used in the near future is great because many on the newly grads has been able to get their dream job without any hassle and tiredness. Using app in these new era is a great way to apply to, nice strategy actually, using this strategy will make this project successful.

So I think the next problem will be the number of jobs open to jobseekers. TrustLogics does makes it a lot easier to
find a job. But at the same time, jobs will also be easily depleted.

Yah right actually, in my current university we are 500+ engineers maybe it would be so difficult to have a job if you have so many compositors. In  one university only how about the others, right? But knowing this kind of project was existing is an asset for them who doesn't know this project and used to apply job fairs, lol.

Well,,its true because  trustlogics are widely market to almost jobseeker ,,but I want to know to this system of trustlogics, if will have age limit for jobseeker? because in my country  traditionally,some online  job company will have age limit for their jobseeker,,like age limit will belong to 18-30 years old only.

I think, the Trustlogics does not look at the age, there are some companies even if you are an old man or a young as long as you are work smoothly you can steel work. I dont think that the trustlogics have an age limit.

trustlogic help the jobseeker to be at ease on finding the suitable job for them. based on my experience when applying for a job theres so mush hussle going to the company you want to apply to, wait for them to call if they verified your resume or not, going back for the interview then sometime not getting the job because of other applicants who fake their profiles. but with trustlogic all of that issues will be solved.

Very helpful for us. I’m an underemployed worker and I always failed having a good job. I always look up jobs on a job fair and assemblies
but I didn’t get anyone. Now I had a job but it is not my passion and profession, good to know that this project allows me to choose what I want to enter as of my passion industry.

This is nice idea, You have a point on that because the validators is the one who need to make a smooth and reliable in terms of validating the personal data that being sent by the job seekers. The company wants a better employee but the employee wants also a better employer too.

Yes Trust Logics is very interesting and I really love the platform and using blockchain this will be a big help to us and a chances to all jobseeker to lessen unemployed in our country.
It will help also the parents to ease their burden about the daily expenses of their unemployed child. Just like me but in my case, I am not yet a graduated student. And the worse thing? Well, the worse thing is that sometimes, you end up not getting the job you really want and the amount of salary you are expecting. And in some cases, be bullied in your work place or abused in some of the jobs. This platform will definitely change this world for the better.
Jobs can separate the family. Even you'd like it or not, you do not have anything to do than to accept the fact that you need to work just for your family's sake. Misfortunes, harassment and sometimes, abusive act, these are the problem that a certain employee worried at all. But even they don't want their job, they do it because they don't want their family to die in terms of famine.
Who among us will love their job? If there job itself do not love them? Anyway, change is coming.
This is always happens to our countrymen working in abroad especially in the Middle East, unfortunately this issue is still on going... Yes Trust Logics is very interesting and I really love the platform and using blockchain this will be a big help to us and a chances to all jobseeker to lessen unemployed in our country.
It will help also the parents to ease their burden about the daily expenses of their unemployed child. Just like me but in my case, I am not yet a graduated student. I am just nominated to be part of the graduation next year. Hm. Exactly! For sure, I can use trustlogics for the next year, if ever TrustLogics application is available already.
