Seems like an interesting idea and perfect for a decentralised system as freelancers are constantly moving and remote workers, I kinda see this as Fiver but for more advanced skills and professionals (I am happy to be corrected if I have misunderstood the concept). what is the hard cap for the ICO? How much are you looking to raise?
