a) how many rounds will you be doing in regards to bounties?

What if the freelancer doesn't get paid, regardless of actions being taken on the person who doesn't pay, the freelancer uses his time and energy to gain Nothing and suffers as a result, may even stop using your platform, what would you do in such a situation?

The funds are in an escrow, if parties disagree the community dispute resolution kicks in. Both sides can make their points and the community decides whether the funds will be released or not.
