Almost everyone can come to the conclusion that this is a scam by the facts presented in this thread and in their website but the truth is many people with money don't care unfortunately because they think there is money to be made here and as long their are not the ones holding the bag in the end they are going for it. The thing is you might not even see any tokens from this ICO so everyone will get hurt. Ethconnect OP is not even replying or making any statements about these accusations so just formulate your own opinion and decide if you want to put money into this.

Are you dumb? People have downloaded the original whitepaper before they have changed it and in that original whitepaper they had the fake team line up.

The people who made this are pretending they are from Japan. They are from the India Pakistan region. Kind of sad they are making Japan look bad and stealing identities from Japanese nationals to place on the whitepaper.
Why would it make Japan look bad? and why would anyone try to pretend to be from Japan?

It is all about the level of scam. If they grab the ico money and run ... That is a pure scam. If they run the platform for a period of time and payout like Bitconnect (which they cannot do, no mining a token), then eventually run off, then it isn't a full scam. Just the diet Coke of scams. Some win some lose.
seriously.. do your research.. there are answers on mining everywhere for this, same as electroneum etc... but don't invest unless you are prepared to loose your money
