There is no clear ownership at BitConnect too (the guy listed in Companies house could be some homeless person who get $100 or $1,000 to send his info to CH).
I am not saying that EthConnect will not turned out into a scam immediately, but there is a good chance this project will last for at least few months. Long enought to make 100x+ on this investment. On the other side, we might never see a cent from this investment. If you dont want to risk then take a shovel and go digging for $5/hour.

The transaction shows in main tx list, and also in my personal tx list, my BTC was debited so the purchase did go through, and assume is just a glitch that it did not credit me properly!
