I don't think they are a scamming.
I think they just need some time.
If it was a scam.
Why would they waste their time in making the site right.
They would of left in Nov some time after the ico.
I wish they would be better in telling us what's going on.

The site is right as you say because that’s what scams do also
Leave it running till now you say... so people who are not aware it’s a scam can still deposit ETH or bitcoin
Do you hold tokens? Have the kept there promise to you?
I would imagine if a ico raised xxxxxxx amount they have the funds available to maintain

And put scam alters for shit like this
They won’t get catch by anyone but we can avoid these scams for sure
Yes If I can afford the minimum I will buy into ICOs and review but if I can’t I am relying on gathering information and other members on bitcointalk and other places to see what’s going On from the customer end
And I’m going to go ahead and say it now
I’m hearing and seeing another one NEO CONNECT
No doubt will be another major scam
