China... No copyright..

So this will be like chinese iPhone, cheap and dies quickly. Smiley

WELL... SINCE THIS COIN IS ART AND WILL BE ISSUE IN LIMITED ADDITION BEFORE THE REAL COCA COLA INDUSTRY COIN, IT MIGHT ACTUALLY BE WORTH MORE   Smiley

Let me eleborate for you.

It is you, against a billion dollar company in court...

I think that Mr Buffet (Warren) might be one of the first to buy my coins or pay to gain legal rights on my coin model.  Shocked He of all investors understand the power of real assets. and it cant get more real then a coupon-coin which represent the value of a bottle of coca-cola.

First cryptocurrency endorsed by coca cola really? I doubt if any exchange will list it.

Since the coin is on the Counterparty wallet which is also serve as a decentralized exchange, I dont see any problem of not getting listed directly on the major exchanges, at least not at this point.  Grin

Dragging Counterparty into this mess, as well? I'd high-five you through the screen if I didn't already have a fistful of popcorn.

Its a good test for the decentralized mechanism of Counterparty. it is actually a very important test for this platform to see it's resilient for government intervention. After all any platform that will not stand this test is doomed and is a risk for investors.
In short a good Coca-Cola coin will teach us all a lot.
you will eventually thank me for that .   Smiley

Whatever. I'll only thank you for the entertainment. I'm sure you'll learn something else from all of this, but not what you were intending for Coca-cola to teach you.

Have fun with all the legal stuff. I might chime back in if you kick the insanity levels up some more. I've already done this routine in another discussion before, so I'll just sit back and watch this one a bit.

Threads like these are awesome.

I don't think there will be a gif animated enough for an exchange to list something like this.

lol, i expect you to post your C&D letter you will receive by monday afternoon.

First I think that this forum is the only place they can reach me, so they will have to post the C&D letter right here!!!
If however Ill get it on my massages I will post it here .
But, I dont think that they will do it so fast. There are many issue which they will have to consider before, if they are smart enough, and they should  be, having all these lawyers working for them.
And since any thing they would do will only help this project to get out to the public, "be my guest" Coca-Cola.  Grin

specs?

The coins will be issued on Counterparty wallet since it suit the model of this coin which I call "Coupon Coins"
I will issue a finite number of coins. Each coin will act as a Coupon to buy my product at a discount, just like Coca-Cola might do one day,
I will sell 1 bottles of Coca-Cola for 1 Coca-Cola coin. My Coca-Cola bottles will be art pieces which I will describe later.
One thing that is important to understand is that the "Coupon coin" model is not very good for manipulative use since unlike The "Token-coin" it is not the only means of payment, and thus it keeps its value in the range between the discount price and the regular price.
On the "Coupon Coin" model it self I will elaborate much more soon.
As far as the end value of my coins,  since they are made as art and are in a very limited addition, there is a chance that they will be worth more then the initial value which I will sell them for. after all im not going to sell cola with it.
Nice! Go, work hard and let see what happen.

What will probably happen is a series of cease & desist letters. Possibly preceded by a a series of subpoenas.
