1[ICOKE] coin = 0.01 Bitcoin?really expensive I think. Shocked

It is expensive for coins like most crypto-coins which dont get you anything but the whiling of other to except this coin.
ICOKE being a coupon-coin,  gives you a discount for a product which you will always be able to buy with this coin, in this case a discount on an art print of a coca-coal bottle (which is worth much more then a real cola bottle). These coins where made as a representation for the type of coins industries such as Coca-Cola should do. and it is the first Coca-Coal coins, thus they have a good chance to be collectors item one day, and as such gain much more value.

Cola coin you wouldn't get sued for, Coca-Cola & ICOKE..

"....Then I will create a CocaCola Coin.... and other industry coins.
Each coin will be created as an illustration for the real coins these industry may create one day"

Coca-Cola Coin [ICOKE],  Disney Coin [IDISNEY], Toyota Coin [ITOYOTA], ebay Coin [IEBAY],
Twitter Coin [ITWITTER], Apple Coin [IAPPLE], Beatles Coin [IBEATLES], USA Coin [IUSA]

Using any of these company trademark names & imagery you'll be reamed by 1000 lawyers!

USA Coin is the only one you can legally do and would probably get some attention due to Americans brimming with USA pride.

NILI, as of my writing this, zero ICOKE coins have been sold, and virtually all of the responses in this thread are unsupportive, if not directly opposed, to what you're doing.

The Bitcointalk community is probably the group within your target audience that would be most receptive... and nobody is receiving your plan very well. Most people here want to support something that legitimizes cryptocurrency and creates original value, into which they can invest and from which they have a chance to profit. They see the copyright risks involved regardless of the "art" loophole you're attempting to use, and think that despite what you say, you're attempting to leverage a well-known brand you don't own in order to earn bitcoin for yourself.

Supporters of cryptocurrency are going to steer clear of your coins.

I think that, rather than attempting to educate the cryptocurrency community about the value and necessity of this art project, you would do much better appealing to artistic communities who already understand what it means to (mis)appropriate copyrighted brands for use in art works, and simply need to learn more about bitcoins and cryptocurrency in order to support you.
You are perfectly right about trying to appeal to the art community rather then educate the crypto community. I tried to reply to every comment more out of respect for people, not so much to educate. but I used it to elaborate about the complex issues involved.
As far as selling coins, Im not expecting to have much sold for a while, but creating this coin and making it REAL is a very important part. more even so then selling. Would be nice to  earn a few bitcoins' but it not my main motivation to do this, I could do much better working for dollars :-)
I really appreciate your comments and I am going to target the art community soon. But as far as the crowed here, Im sure that they will get it too after a while,  and then they will buy into my coin projects. anyway,  I will hang around for a while. (The truth is that I never imagine that I will go that far with this and still be interested in it)

i like that the dev considers this project his i.p. yet steals copyrighted corporate logos for this thread.. while we over at ServX are patiently awaiting approval to use corporate logos, and websites.  anyway these people have nothing to d with coke nor do they have a real business model just "an example"  I will stay clear of this
you are doing a fine job at ServX .mediation is crucial to bring crypto into mainstream. Mediation as well as crucial services such as hedging risks, insuring funds and customer's service requires immense infrastructure and funds. crypto economic need big powers to over-come the monopolized system. The thing that I'm doing with my coins is  taking an imaginary highway to a place don't exist yet, By marking that rode others will be able to take and make it into the  the real highway to all. The things which im doing actually are going to help the through work that you and many other developers are doing.
My coins is where fiction meet reality. Im not filming my "movie" im creating it in real life.

good to know, the main reason for doing this project is to get the big companies start making crypto-coins. it might be  Our only way out of the disasters  monetary system of State monopoly,  and central banks control on policies . We as the people, the 99% are too weakened, its only the big companies that will be able to put on the fight  and they will for sheer greed. Once they will do that and the monopoly on currencies production will brake, a competition of credit providers will benefit us all. It will give us back the power  as individuals. the power of choice.
Bitcoin alone can not do it, it need users, it needs these companies. I just make it easy on them to understand.

agreed  you should lool at our project if you want to see this implemented.

The thing is that The Coca-Cola lawyers are not going to take notice of this. lLke most on this thread they dont think that it will generate enough money to be noticed enough, So they will not go after me. Once Coca-Cola will realize that this is not going to go away it will be to late. Coca-Cola will end up paying me to get the rights on this coin or to buy it as art. once this will happen each coin is going to worth a lot of money.

Email sent to CC HQ Cheesy

LOL in November i will be coming to The USA to work on a show regarding these coins. should I check my legal status before entering the airport?

Rumors say Sing-Sing is the place to spend the holidays..
sound Chinese but not ( had to look it up): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sing_Sing

Alsooo as I recall this trademark isuue is not usually a felony only money issue, and in such I'm a master  Grin
anyway going delve into it.
here are a few from wiki,

Civil law
In the U.S., copyright infringement is sometimes confronted via lawsuits in civil court, against alleged infringers directly, or against providers of services and software that support unauthorized copying. For example, major motion-picture corporation MGM Studios filed suit against P2P file-sharing services Grokster and Streamcast for their contributory role in copyright infringement.[29] In 2005, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of MGM, holding that such services could be held liable for copyright infringement since they functioned and, indeed, willfully marketed themselves as venues for acquiring copyrighted movies. The MGM v. Grokster case did not overturn the earlier Sony decision, but rather clouded the legal waters; future designers of software capable of being used for copyright infringement were warned.[30]
