yes I agree hopefully the budget will allow them to make an income enough to feed a good devteam but if you look at the situation, they have a huge team already, and a payment company in place, several good advisors, a very good plan, 2 whitepapers already... programming the software to do what they propose should be fairly simple compared to other projects, so they should be able to whip this together fairly fast as in within a few months having the basic groundwork if a team is working together.

To fully honest. It is stupid to compare all ICO to waves and stratis.... In all messages.... A lot of ICOs with mcap more then 13k was succeeded maidsafe, digixdao , LSK , and others (augur and etc)

there will always be those kind of person trying to abuse things where they can get money to feed their family. those people don't have decent job and not educated so they are trying to steal people money

I want to warn you , there is a twitter account has the same ICONOMI name and photo , and they are tweeting same ICONOMI tweets , the fake account is @iconomnet , be careful the real account is @iconominet .
The fake account sent a message for me on twitter asking me to do a survey for 75% discount on ICONOMI tokens .
