for me, tier 1 was an email verification only, and fairly instant, tier 2 took a day, and still waiting on tier 3 after a week, but not an issue... just a 5000 usd per day bottleneck. My guess is ICN devs agreed with Polo to maybe hold off listing it till they release the performance fund or possibly the platform.
If there's no update to provide why post news? That would also cause a sell off especially if it's useless.
