A secure and stable network is much more better with some delays than doing things in hurry. I have seen similar things before and can understand little delays are part of such projects. We need to show maturity and support for Dev team to let them fix all the issues once for all. All this is better for us after all.
I've invested a reasonable amount in ICN from profits on other alt coin trading.
The website could be fantasy and the member fictitious but I liked what I read
and invested. Time will tell.
They are not. So dont worry about that.
But the business model could be fictitious and fantasy, since was never tested before. But that is a risk you take when you invest.
Why is it ICN has t be launched on Eth network, why not ummmm I dunno, Lisk perhaps?
I don't think there has ever been a token on a blockchain that trades at a market cap higher than the underlying blockchain.
The only viable platforms for a 500k BTC market cap project like ICN to go on right now are Bitcoin or Ethereum.
Maybe they could switch to a Lisk sidechain several months from now when the mainchain is stable, sidechains are stable, and the market cap is much higher.
For now, the best option is to wait for hard fork then launch on Ethereum.

The real investors are those who participated in the ICO only, and they are now considered as the co-founders. Where are they now? Patiently waiting for ICONOMI to make the right move. Even working behind the curtain to make sure ICONOMI will become a tremendous success.

If the original blockchain is kept alive, the coins are in both the new chain and the old one, not rocket science.

well we can't blame them for hoping that their will no delay upon listing with icn token in exchangers but they should consider also that problem like this sometimes well exist and i think they cannot do nothing since the network got problem and not them nor the exachanger, thats why patience is very important for this thing and let the dev do the work so they can think good directly,
I also have invested some amount in iconomi and waiting that the problem is solved soon and they add the coin to exchange but you believe it is pain to wait for much longer we have hope that it will be added to exchange sooner

Eth hard fork will be next Tuesday, iconomi said they may postpone to 25th.
Its hard for the users here to understand this for they only see profit when they are the first to dump.

No, you are wrong. Most of the investors invested because they believed in the business model of iconomi. They would be holding icn tokens for atleast some years.
Actually it doesn't matter when icn launch. The thing is that, performance fund was supposed to launch in quarter 4 and it would be launched. Everything except launch of icn would most probably be on time.
There are only some investors and many bounty hunters those 'get mad or something because of the delays though this is because of the ETH network problems'

One of the biggest advantages being on the Eth chain is the token on the chain gets onto big exchanges quickly by association and lives in the main chain's shadows. The new development of Iconomi not being able to go onto an exchange means that the new important aspect for survival is to associate with a strong decentralized exchange capability. This is why it would be more beneficial to align with a main chain of which decentralized exchange capability is a core focus. That is Waves atm. If the traditional exchange listing was not an issue, then by all means Eth would have been the best choice. The decisions that will be made now will impact the survival of Iconomi.
I disagree... for NOW. waves is not working/in pure development as of now, makes little sense to think about something that's not proven.
